Choice pays off
|
06.06.2011
|
 |
Rob
Dyrdek graciously let Greg
Lutzka out of his Street
League contract in order to
compete in the Maloof
Money
Cup since, "It was obvious
he was never going to win" a Street
League Event.
Lutzka made the most of
that choice by winning a record
$160,000 purse, edging out Dennis
Busenitz in the final head to
head match of the finals in the NYC
Maloof Money Cup event in Queens, NY.
Lutzka and Busenitz were
joined by among others, brand-spanking
new pros Cory
Kennedy, Nick
Merlino, and number one
qualifier Collin
Provost.

|
05.02.2011
|
 |
With the Pro-Tec
Pool Party coming up this month,
out Skater of the Month is none other
than back-to-back defending champ, Bucky
Lasek.
Skating since the age of
twelve and having ridden for such
companies as Powell-Peralta,
Birdhouse
and Element,
Bucky is widely considered one of the
most consistent and innovative vert
skaters around. He also has the
ultimate playground in his back yard,
a massive concrete bowl.
